Omaha, Nebraska – The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office (DCSO) has detained a 26-year-old woman, Erykha Wilson, as part of an investigation into the homicide of 39-year-old Omaha resident, Laron Hodges.
The authorities identified Wilson in their latest press release, stating that she has been implicated in the ongoing case. She is currently being held at Douglas County Corrections, facing charges of accessory to a Class I or IA felony, specifically first-degree murder, which is a Class IIA felony in Nebraska.
Mr. Hodges was first reported missing on February 7th. As law enforcement progressed with their investigation, they discovered Hodges’ vehicle in a private impound lot located within the city of Omaha. A subsequent search of the vehicle resulted in the grim discovery of Hodges’ body within it.
