Omaha, Nebraska – In a concerning incident at the Rakes Creek Wildlife Management Area, an Omaha man faces serious charges following reports of shots being fired at a hunter. This alarming situation unfolded in Cass County, where the hunter, positioned in a tree stand, found himself in a dangerous predicament.
The hunter, sensing immediate danger, contacted 911 to report that he was under fire. He described a harrowing scene where four men, after firing shots, brandished their guns at him while making their getaway in a van. This distressing encounter prompted an urgent response from the Cass County deputies.
